Hi, we are the FQN CommUnity Network, a social organization working to build community and help transform the world to be in better balance and harmony. We are a bottom up collaborative organization that empowers all members to participate in decision making including our hiring process. As leaders in our organization, our goal is to work towards collaborating with organizations and businesses across the world to help transform our society to be in balance, by building new economic, political, and education infrastructures.
In the short term our primary work is operational, accounting, asset management and financial support to just build a functional organization. We need people who are committed to seeing the world transform to improve individual people's lives, and to do the hard financial and operational work foundational to any organization.

All workers are required to speak fluent professional english, and work collaboratively as a team during real-time scheduled sessions multiple days per week. The Position is required to be able to work directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, Financial Managers and the HR Board in a beneficial capacity to follow through on top priorities including finances, taxes, asset management, recruitment, budget, payroll and worker coordination. The position is Real-Time and so you have to be available to get on conference call for audio connection, and do screen shares over the internet during daylight hours in the Americas.
We are hiring multiple Deputy positions to fill multiple time slots and backup positions. The time the position will be active is 11pm-2am UTC, which is 7am-10am in Manila Philippines. There are also need for an hour before and after that time depending on the day.
Additionally you will need to be available 1-5 times per month for Global Sessions that can happen at all times of Day or in the middle of the Night.
In addition to Deputy Positions, we are hiring for 6 other Teams as well, although our priority is the Deputy Positions for fast track hiring. Assets & Cryptocurrency Management, Outreach Recruitment & Multimedia, Budget Finances Taxes & Compliance, Session Support, Decision Making Support, Global Pandemic Networking.

FQN pays agreed upfront amounts for money in the bank to cover monthly personal expenses. Any and all costs of money transfers, fees, exchange rates, and even taxes can be reimbursed. Additionally we reimburse additional costs of doing work including travel, internet cafes, and differences for internet costs for working with FQN.

You get paid for any and all hours related to FQN work including Meetings, internal work, client work, as well as communications, emails, skype messaging, worker organization and any other time you spend interacting with fqn or fqn workers.
We have a 30 hour work week, which means for all hours over 30 hours, you get overtime equity and valuation on all additional work, with options for output bonuses if you are actually completing tasks and responsibilities.

Hi, we are FQN CommUnity Network, a social-profit community organization looking for help to transform the world. All workers are required to speak fluent professional english, and work collaboratively as a team during real-time scheduled sessions. The Position is required to be able to work directly with the CEO, Executive Committee, and Financial Manager to support Crypto Asset and Stock Calculations.
The position is Real-Time and so you have to be available to get on conference call for audio connection, and do screen shares over the internet during daylight hours in the Americas.  You do NOT need to be an expert in crypto currency, you just need to know how to work with spreadsheets and do basic calculations and management coordination for the various accounts.
We are a bottom up collaborative organization that empowers all members to participate in decision making including our hiring process.
You will choose a quadrant to be a member of and will be a part of the Assets Management Team. The Assets Management Team has 4 sub Teams based on a color coding for the urgency of the Assets Work, Green, Yellow, Orange, and RED. The RED team is the highest level and most dedicated time.
Overall the time will be primarily scheduling, being backup and checking in on the assets, and then doing work sessions when there is availability based on the color coded urgency. Currently we are on code red so there is lots of work to do. Our goal is to schedule all day, check in, but many of the session will not happen so even though you schedule 10-50 hours a week, you will actually work less hours.
To be on the Green Team you can schedule less than 10 hours per week. For the Yellow Team the minimum hours of scheduling is 20 hours per week and up to 30 hours per week. For the Orange team you must schedule a minimum of 40 hours per week and up to 60 hours per week.
To be on the RED team you must be willing to Schedule a minimum of 80 hours per week. Again, even if you schedule 80 hours per week you are not expected to work 80 hours, we would simply be trying to check in as many as 8 times a day to get the Assets back down to the Orange, Yellow, or Green levels so that they are more stable. We are hiring up to 5 people for the various Asset Management Sub-Teams.

The most important role and responsibilities are communications online, and tracking the dozens if not 100's of tasks and responsibilities that need to get done. You do NOT need to do it all yourself, as you will not be able to, you just need to know what is going on, and who is working on it, and when we should except progress to get made. Tracking all of that is already a huge endeavor and until someone proves that they can do it, there is no expectation that anyone will.


From there scheduling is essencial, but to successfully schedule you will need to be able to sift though dozens of priorities and make sure that each day and each hour we are focused on the correct priority. We can ONLY work on one thing at a time. Once we schedule and are collaborating on doing work, having the space to focus and get the work done is not easy.


You will be eager to ask questions and learn about every detail, but we simply do not have time for that. We can only go so fast, one step at a time, and there is NOT always time to train people to do work that takes years, even decades to master. Think of it more like an apprentice role.


Watching and slowly learning so that overtime you can take over as CEO yourself. As far as tracking hours and working, we use a new diversified income model. Therefore you are welcome to work with other freelance employers as well.


You typically start with about 3-4 responsibilities. Each responsibility will be 1.5 hours of work, which is about 6 hours per week. You can quickly start taking on more responsibilities.


To work a full time job of 30+ hours per week, you will need a minimum of 20 responsibilities. We do NOT use Workana for tracking time. Instead we pay workers within Workana using bonus payments.


This will help us keep track of base pay for hours, and bonus pay for completing work. In order to do a temporary hire, we require 5 criteria to be achieved. 1) Clear agreed upon $/hr pay rate.
Your current pay rate is a bit high. Please explain. 2) Jurisdictional Rate for your equity.
Please provide your city in Nicaragua and we can look up your jurisdictional monthly rate for equity and tokens on livingcost dot org. 3) Clear responsibilities each with 1.5hours/week of work. For starting we typically do 4 responsibilities which would be training/on-boarding, main sessions, general worker responsibilities, and Virtual Assistant Work Sessions.
That would be a total starting hours of 6 hours per week. If you can do that then we can easily increase to as many hours as you can handel the responsibilities.  You can still get bonuses.
4) You need to have a token address or you need to put in writing that you want someone else to oversee your tokens for you. 5) You need to successfully communicate here on workana during needed hours and throughout the day, and schedule a live interview session(s) for audio communications. The more communications the better for sure.

We are hiring Decision Makers to help oversee your budgets and policies in our social community based network. The position would involve making decisions once or twice per month, and spending 1-2 hours per month, or 1-2 hours per week attending decision making sessions, and or voting online. Although volunteers would have more power and influence, it is difficult for many people to volunteer, so we are creating this position to allow people who need to get paid for their 1-2 hours during our meetings to ensure they are compensated for their time. Decision making and oversight of our workers is one of the most important parts of our network, and therefore our hope is to hire serious and consciousness people who really want to see a difference in the world. Currently we are not functional at all. We have major problems with workes following through on work, and completing anything. We have made some improvements through.
In our organization you are given responsibilities, and you actually have to follow through with the responsibilities, and coordinate all the work form beginning to end. This requires setting up training, documenting steps, and training new workers with what you learn.
As a worker owned cooperative, you are an owner as well as a worker, and you gain benefits, and equity ownership in the company along with your upfront fiat pay.
Currently in the next month, our main priority is getting functional and building a foundation for long term income opportunities. This includes our websites and social / multimedia frameworks which will include daily posting and requesting donation, clients, and for the public to invest in the future of humanity.
Once we get our basic multimedia framework in place with daily posting, then we will set up a targeted advertizing campaign for building our clients with our social value group.
As a coop we make all decisions collectively and by consensus. One of the decisions that we have made is that workers are required to do the work to get paid. This means that if work does NOT happen by the deadline that is agreed upon by the team, that you yourself get to vote on, then we have agreed that workers should not continue to be paid if they don't do the work.
If work is not done by the deadline, that means that we go on what we call a "pay stop" this can be from a small 10% pay stop, to a 50% pay stop, to a full 100% pay stop.
You and all workers are NEVER required to work during any pay stop. SO it is fine to simply not work and wait for myself or someone else to complete the work before continuing again, that is up to you.
Unfortunately because we are failing, and having major problems as an organization and ability to get any work done at all, we are on many pay stops, and you will be getting involved most likely with various deadlines that have already been passed.
This situation is difficult, and is not for everyone, so we want to make sure that everything is upfront and clear form the beginning, and that we ensure that all pay is fair and equitable, and in the end all decisions are made by the team, and you yourself get a vote, including on the budget. So at anytime anyone can propose increasing their pay for any reason as long as the team agrees.

So in summary, we are a failing organization, you would be coming into a very difficult situation, but we have a lot to offer the world, and the work can be very rewarding. Before you are approved to be paid, you will have to fill out our Intake Form, you will have to complete a Public Online Personnel Profile (POPP), and attend an Interview session.

Within Workana you will be requested to do a Temporary Hire proposal to be paid to complte the rest of the recruitment process outside of Workana. There are 6 questions to answer for your Temporary Hire Proposal:
1    Have a clear proposed $/hr pay rate
2    Establish a Juristictional Equity Value based on living cost .org. Just your city / location.
3    Have a Clear Position and Responsiblites for hours per week to add up for Max Pay per month.
4    Have a Token Address, or put in writing that you want someone else to oversee your equity ownership tokens
5    Successful Communications by email, discord, and audio session
6    Estimated cost for the Recruit to complte Recruitment Process. Multiple Pay rate by 3-6 hour range. This gives the expected range cost.        

Once the team votes on your proposal, then we will let you know the outcome. If you are approved you will get the link to our recruitment portal and can continue the recruitment process paid. If you are not approved you do the the option to update and re-propose your temporary hire proposal.    

Within the recruitment process you will do an interview with the team, and vote on the budget. If you are not approved in the budget and don't get hired, you will still be paid for all your time completing our recruitment process outside of workana. If you are approved into the budget you will then be responsible for making sure all work is completed by the team as an equal worker by the deadlines agreed upon. If you have any issues with any deadlines or policies for the team, it is very important that you bring that up immediately before being approved so that we can adjust the deadlines so you feel everything is done fairly and that everyone feels that the work and deadlines are correct and fair and everyone is in agreement.

Who are we?                                       
Thanks for your interest in the FQN CommUnity Network. We are an open transparent publically accountable social driven organization committed to improving lives, and empowering our members while striving for consensus. The work is very challenging, and we have to work together as a team to solve problems that we may as indivuals have no idea how to solve. As a social organization we have very tight budgets, and are having dififulcty in meeting our deadines and functioning at all. Our hope is to find someone who can help us get back on track and ensure we complete all work by the required deadlines. We are a worker owned and controlled cooperative, which is bottom up empowered. Everyone can vote and collaborate.

What we do?                                       
Our primary work is to support new social organizations, non-profits, and causes to get started, set up, funded, and be successful. We seem much better at helping other organizations than helping ourselves. We have free, collabortive, and paid client based support packages for social organizations to choose from. During the pandemic everything basically fell apart, and we are currently working on getting functional so that we can re-launch bigger and better than ever before.                                       
                                       
What work you would do?                                       
You would work collaborativly with the team to take on specific assigned responisblities and follow throgh with set up, work, review, evaluations, verifiation, and everything required to complte the assigned work until it is final and verified. This includes Real Time Viritual Assistant (rtva) shifts with the ceo/executive, as well as work on hr, budget, finances, taxes, payroll, recruitment, operations, scheduling, session coordination, assets, website, social media and much more. As a start up that supports other start ups, we all basically do everything until we can get a larger budget to hire more people. The work is challening, but is rewarding and team orientated.                                       
                                       
Current Situation:
The organization and team are in a difficult situation where we have a very tight budget and are not able to meet the dealines, and are on a lot of paystops.
If work is not done by the deadline, that means that we go on what we call a "pay stop" this can be from a small 10% pay stop, to a 50% pay stop, to a full 100% pay stop.
Everyone has agreed by consensus that if we do not meet our deadlines, then we do not deserve to get base pay which does not require completing work, we can still get paid for completing work.
If we have hard workers who are able to quickly and efficnetly get the work moving foward, we should be able to get back on track in a few weeks.
The work is not hard, but it is challenging because we have so many various priories as a start up and everyone has to work on everything.
Overall although our situation is difficult, we have lots of potential and can quicly turn everything around and help lots of people accross the world with the right team.

As a publicaly accountable organizaiton, if a current worker is not doing a good job in their position, it is fine to replace them and put them in a differnet role.

We are a consensus based team, with an HR Board, and a oversight Board of Directors that is at a stalemate in getting agreement on anything from budget to basic management systems. We already have legal action being pursued, and are trying to build a potential dissolution or new beginning proposal that will get everyone paid their fair share based on client work output, as well as bonuses, loans, and firing workers, and seeing who, if anyone wants to continue with the team.

There is a lot of conflict, we have very organized and clear conflict mediation policies, but at this time the team has devolved into chaos and little to no work is getting done, and no one is following policies and some are not even following terms of involvement.

Any outside mediator will need to be agreed upon by the team by consensus.

Our goal is simply to achieve overall consensus for the agreement.
