Another brand is Marketing Psychology, which helps people to start their own online companies and provides them with all the necessary tools and instruments for entrepreneurial thinking and independent work.
We are exclusively looking for A players and rock stars in the Online Marketing area which are intrinsically motivated and absolutely disciplined when it comes to working in an home office environment and who have a burning desire to help as many men as possible to be successful with women and to become financially successful.
We are currently looking for a Senior SEA Manager (Home office and Fulltime).
your tasks
planning, realization, monitoring and optimization of the entire sea campaign with focus on youtube ads & google adwords
management (hands-on) & monitoring of all activities (keyword lists, campaign texts, landing pages) with the help of appropriate kpis (click volumes, ctr, conversion rate and rentability)
realization of complex and highly targeted retargeting campaigns, based on the different steps of the customer journey
permanent and clear reporting as well as situation analysis to the management
securing and checking of proper targeting
quick realization of all sea strategies that have been agreed on with the management
in-depth and permanent keyword research as well as competition research as the foundation of an efficient and comprehensive sea campaign
continuous implementation and organization of split tests within the entire customer journey based on proactive suggestions / according to direct instructions of the management
what we expect from you
university degree, ideally with focus on economics / marketing or comparable education
sound experience of 3 to 5 years in the area of sea marketing (google adwords in particular), ideally youtube experience (discovery ads/ instream ads in particular)
very good analytical and statistical understanding, a structured and competent handling of numbers in order to make data-driven decisions and to keep an overview of complex campaigns
excellent written and spoken communication skills due to the special characteristics of a home office job
knowledge of all relevant kpis, analysis tools and control elements in sea, certifications/trainings in google adwords / google analytics are preferred
reliable, hands-on, focused, structured and well-organized
very good language skills in both written and spoken german, good language skills in english
the will for a continuous education in the area of sea / online marketing as well as in the dating area itself to better understand our target group
high interest in helping men to improve their skills with women as well as in female psychology. It would be nice if you were also part of our target group as well as a single men between the age of 25 and 35 years
A “Never give up“ mentality, a strong will to get things going as well as a serious work attitude. People that give up easily will not be happy in our company
