The work is mainly through email and Linkedin though sometimes to get the best leads you will have to make a call. Once you get the lead to agree to a meeting you put them in contact with the sales person.

We pay by the hour with prizes for reaching monthly goals.

Description

We are looking for a sales development representative to help develop our business activities.
We will have the responsibility of identifying potential customers for US market of Workana. You should investigate and study the market for sales possibilities, assess the needs of customers.



Responsibility

Recognize quality opportunities, evaluate and qualify potential clients.
Work with potential clients and arrange meetings for the sales team.
Investigate and understand market needs.



Understand the needs of the business and develop creative solutions and the Workana platform
Analyze prospects and evaluate their characteristics and sales options.
Help define the Online sales strategy.

Requirements:

Two years of experience as an account executive, or similar position.
Experience in customer-oriented solutions based on requirements of this
Excellent English communication, listening and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
Sincere enthusiasm for providing service and solving customer problems
Knowing tools like SalesForce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a great plus.
