Responsibilities

Business analysis on customer orders, reviews and surveys
CLV calculation for our winning products, stores and brands on a weekly and monthly basis.
Calculate CAC on a campaign and product level
Implement customer journey mapping.
Looking at competitor data and industry trends to help develop a picture of where the company stands in the industry.
Collaborate with our Funnel Specialist to define, test and measure different customer acquisition and post purchase funnel to increase CLV.
Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented for your sphere of influence.
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes.
Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Define monthly and weekly goals for each of our Brands stores.

Requirements (must haves)

Fluent English level
Extensive use of SQL, Microsoft Excel & Access.
Able to manage large quantity of data and building reports
Experience on building CLV (customer Lifetime Value) reports and doing cohorts analysis for 30, 60, 90, 120, etc days.
+2 years on a BI senior level
Ecommerce experience is a plus
