Hi, I'm trying to build a high quality flight simulator radio panel,
The idea is to use arduino and achieve a great looking panel that looks like the ones in this video: com1/nav1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9riT8yrqN8c
If everything goes smooth, I'd love to continue with the other parts of the radio panel, but want to start with this one.

I'd also need help understanding where to get high quality dual concentric rotary encoders (ALPS), knobs, 5-digit 7-segment leds, illuminated buttons and everything else to achieve the radio as displayed on the video.
It should have a single usb connection for all components (buttons/led sets, encoders, etc).... Ideally all of those could be fitted on a arduino nano, uno, or mega.... But since the idea is to produce them to sell, I'd like help understanding the trade offs of quality and cost.

After that, I want to be able to build a casing for it, and i'll build a plugin to work with flight simulators. Ideally also I would like to brand the PCB with my company's logo/name. I want the panel to have 7" length x 2.25" Height.

I'd also love help with understanding how/where to get the final product manufactured.

This is my first time attempting to do a board enclosed and creating a product so, please feel free to ask if I am missing anything.

I'd like to know if you are interested on this project, how much would it cost, and how long would it take you to build a prototype.
