We are looking for 10 renderings of a new co-living building concept. These renderings should include:

1) Bathroom
2) a. Bedroom (sleeping area) b.
Bedroom (work area)
3) Living Room (common area)
4) Kitchen (common area)
5) Coffer bar (common area)
6) Library (common area)
7) Laundry room (common area)
8) Outside area (common area)
9) Building facade

Please find attached I sample of the quality of the renderings we expect.

The freelancer would preferably have an architecture background and should be able to provide examples of previous works and if possible a watermarked sample. We will provide additional details & guidance for each rendering.  This is the first of many buildings and should the engagement go well, there will be more projects to be done.
