Wsdl's Dinamicos en Java/Netbeans en Clientes Ws

Se requiere dejar dinamicas las url's del web service de tal forma que sean configurables en una base de datos y cuando se este ejecutando el cliente que consume el servicio este tome el endpoint de la url que esta dentro de la tabla y no la que se encuentra configurada con el asistente de netbeans.
