Wire up https://github.com/techcrunch/wp-async-task plugin on a development site and make async tasks work.

The job involves launching async tasks in 2 scenarios:

1) In a publish_post hook on functions.php
2) In a wp api 2 webservice (which is already developed).

Notes:

- The job does not require to develop the async tasks (they will be mocked with something to prove they work, such as a sleep function).
