Preciso de um Webservice para consulta a tribunais, basicamente tenho os números de processos e o WS a ser implementado vai buscar nos respectivos tribunais (passando pelo Captcha).
De preferência na linguagem PHP com ZF1, mas estamos abertos a outas sugestões.
