I need a developer with experience working on WORA preferably with one o the following frameworks:

Xamarin, 
Electron,
TypeScript,
JavaScript (Angular, VUE, Node.JS...),

You should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and have knowledge or be willing to learn about OS Internals (Windows/MacOS/Android internals).

This job can be part-time as long as you deliver and participate to the meetings you can manage your time. The app will not have many user journeys (I believe a maximum of 5), all the communication to the server needs to be via API and also needs to be secure.

The app needs to update itself, downloading new “rules” anytime (as it becomes available in the cloud).

As mentioned, the app needs to be able to access sysinternals, like hook into API and System Calls of the operational system, for instance, or be able to integrated to audit modes of each mentioned OS.

Please, give your estimation of time/effort and costs (quotation) and answer the questions as they are required for us to consider moving forward with your application.
