I need a basic ERP to mange customer's subscriptions to a business based on a chosen plan. The main part of this development includes domotics and payment registration, because the payment will give customers access to specific areas (elevators, parking access, door access, etc.) By biometrics/RFID, a missing payment should block access immediately after due date and reactivate after payment. Domotics also should include lightning and other main service controls at the facility. Since its a new project, i can use your favorite provider for domotics hardware as long as its reliable.

The ERP should work independently  at different locations trough  web and mobile access (iOS and Android apps). GUI includes two friendly, easy driving and fool-proof views, one for the user and one for the facility manager.
