El Proyecto consiste en:
Desarrollar un sistema integrado de scooters en una universidad, especificamente en Lima, Peru. Seria recomandable, pero no necesario, si vivieran en Lima.
Quiero adaptar un sistema de scooters dentro de una universidad en Lima.
Por lo tanto, necesito:
-Desarrollar un programa de software que me permita rastrear los scooters, y que estos solo funcionen dentro de la universidad
-Una applicacion movil en la cual los estudiantes puedan descargar, rastrear los scooters y pagar mediante esa applicacion el uso de los scooters.

Es una tarea compleja, pero  si sus proyectos son factibles y aplicables, estare dispuesto a trabajar con ustedes.
