WellBefore is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing to join our team.
As Affiliate Marketing you will recruit new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, and ensure that their audiences are aligned with our target market. You will also serve as a liaison with existing affiliates to answer their questions, address queries, and resolve any issues that they may be having.

The role requires someone with a great attention to detail and an analytical mind. You’ll compile reports and work on different projects at the same time. These might include setting up new programs for an advertiser, suggesting suitable terms that affiliates need to abide by, and creating the marketing content such as links or banner images. Also, create and implement the strategy that has been agreed with the advertiser, make recommendations about the best way to approach a campaign and maximize results based on best practice and experience.

Responsibilities
-Create a content strategy to promote affiliate products
-Oversee the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved
-Communicate with affiliate companies
-Develop affiliate marketing strategies that deliver specified sales volumes
-Initiate new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program
-Analyze program and campaign activity to identify opportunities for improvement
-Compile traffic and revenue reports with Google Analytics, eow, eom, eoy reporting in proprietary analytics tool
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to advertisers and senior management
- Daily client kpi checks. Check numbers and compare the provided set of guardrails. Flag to Account Manager when KPIs fall outside of acceptable range.
-Ensure that commissions and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner
-Recruit and train new affiliates to maximize the quality and quantity of their referral traffic

Requirements
-1+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing or similar position
-Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-Attention to detail and being data-driven
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Proven project management skills
-Experience with Commission Junction and/or ShareAsale
-Familiarity with different SEO tools like Ahrefs and Semrush
-Previous experience and/or direct contact of the largest affiliates per segment type is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
-Compile and update employee records.

-Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process, like shortlisting callbacks or rejection emails.
-Resolve issues such as interview cancellations swiftly.
-Coordinate orientation/onboarding agendas.

Requirements and skills

-Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field.
-At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
-Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Multitrabajos, Fiverr.
-Experience with Attendance Bot is a plus.
