Job Description
1. Finding potential nano to mid-tier influencers who are suitable for Epicareer goals in US area
2. Monitor key performance metrics of influencer activities and assist in preparing materials for reporting.
3. Coordinate and develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in achieving the target.
4. Assigned to contract influencers to support the brand.
5. Help us to define and construct the right influencer marketing workflow for the assigned country.

Qualifications:
1. Proven portfolio in related fields.
2. Understand the platforms used by influencers such as Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube.
3. Experience in handling community and KOL Management.
4. Sharp analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools to decide strategically (preferred).
5. High attentiveness to details combined with proactiveness.
6. Agile, target orientation and independence.
7. Interest in the career development industry.
8. Excellent skill in communication & networking with influencers.
9. Active in social media and updates about the trend.
10. Excellent English skills (writing and speaking).

Job Description:
1. Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process in the Group Company.
2. Manage all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication) and develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
3. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social platforms and professional networks).
4. Arrange interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
5. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
7. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
