Quiero que sea algo así como cuando publicas el link de spotify

Lo que deseo es crear un script que genere un player o reproductor en HTML5 (responsive) el cual tenga las siguientes funciones.

1. Pueda ingresar una url o subir el logo
2. Colocar el Nombre de su Radio
3. Que tenga opción a poder mostrar o no lo que transmite
4.
Seleccionar ip (esta opción nosotros iremos agregando en caso tengamos otras ip)
5. Ingresar el puerto de su radio
6. Seleccionar mp3, aac

Ingresar link de su redes sociales (facebook, twitter, instagram, whatsapp)
8. Que el usuario pueda elegir un color de fondo del reproductor (incluyendo transparencia)
9. Que el usuario pueda elegir un tamaño

El usuario pueda cambiar los colores de la barra del volumen, play, stop
11. Que se genere un código en Javascript para que se implemente en el sitio web del usuario.
