Actual mente contamos con un CRM que está adecuado para un solo cliente que teníamos el año pasado el día de hoy contamos con tres nuevos clientes y tenemos que adecuar el sistema  para atender a estos tres clientes más y poder diseñar una aplicación para los mensajeros con la cual se pueda obtener en tiempo real el trabajo que ellos realizan y nos genere los reportes  orrespondientes para cada cliente
