App para Iphone para registro de Dialisis Peritoneal

Consiste en dos menus:

I. Poder registrar diariamente 7 variables

- Fecha/Hora registro
- Drenaje Inicial [cc]
- Ultra Filtrado [cc]
- Tiempo Promedio [hh:mm]
- tiempo perdido [hh:mm]
- peso [kgs]
- presión arterial [entero/entero]

ii. Tratamiento
una tabla que en filas tenga "Remedio" y tenga 5 columnas hacia la derecha (Mañana/Almuerzo/Tarde/Noche/Total)

Son 3 pantallas.

1.Home
1.1 Menu Registro (muestra calendario)
1.1.1 Registro Diario (abre registro asociado a esa fecha calendario)
1.2 Menu Tratamiento (muestra calendario)
1.2.1 Registro tratamiento (muestra tabla)

Para ambos menus tengo diseño de pantallas.

Los datos deben poder exportarse (mandar csv por correo).

En una segunda etapa, graficar dentro de la aplicación.
