I'm looking for 4 people for customer support via phone call.
Monday to Friday 7 hours each member (2 working shifts)
Saturday to Sunday 7 hours each member (2 working shifts)
- Information about products and brand
- Processing orders
- Providing information to current customers about the status of their shipments
- Solving issues in case a product is damaged
- Upselling customers
This is for a very long-term position so i'm looking for serious people. Training will be provided with all the details on how to take care of the customers.
