Crear una app de encuestas que se componen de preguntar abiertas y cerradas, que registre la informacion recogida en campo y se pueda tomar una foto del encuentado para luego  descargar en el celular en word o pdf.
Que permita escoger entre varios tipos de formularios de encuestas
Que a su vez la aplicación permita guardar la información en el celular y cuando tenga cobertura exportarlo a un servidor web que sincronice  con la información recogida en los diferentes dispositivos y que este mismo servidor proporcione reportes de la información almacenada. El plazo máximo es de 5 días
