I need a site that might have 4-7 pages, where I hope the users to connect with user and password and also integrate with Facebook or other social media sites. This users might have a profile which I expect them to update and interact as needed. They might share opinions and provide feedback to others but will only see the full answer and feedback if they pay a fee.
This page needs to be easy to use, visually pretty and manageable by me whenever I need.

I want to use open source programs to save money and store in cloud services such as amazon.

So, who offers need to be able to input enough information to bring customers, which means, pictures, price, location, etc

who rents, (customers) should be able to choose the best one and close the deal through the site and the site should receive a percentage of the value offered
