we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience assisting a ceo or executive. This person is proactive, polished, professional and eager.

Able to prioritize while handling a demanding, ever-changing calendar for the Executive. This individual must be able to effectively coordinate the Executive's schedule and constant changes in a fast paced environment. Communication in English is key in this role so excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

Job Requirements:
The Executive Assistant will primarily focus on providing a full range of administrative and personal support to the CEO such as arranging travel, maintain Gmail calendar, schedule meetings,  making calls to different vendors, and perform any other administrative task as required. 
Be highly responsive to direct and anticipated requests; providing fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies to requests, following up on action items on behalf of the executive as appropriate.


Heavy scheduling and calendar management including coordination of complex meetings including multiple participants and locations.
Create and modify travel itineraries quickly and accurately. 
Partner with other company administrative assistants to collaborate, obtain information, problem solve and achieve desired results.


Successfully execute deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and other tasks that support the executive’s effectiveness.
Manage special projects, run occasional personal errands and take on additional duties and projects as needed.
Prioritize tasks as needed and organize daily.

Always monitor emails during working hours.

Responsibilities
Thoughtfully design digital marketing content- website landing/ featured pages, emails, and social media visuals
Manage and maintain the brand’s aesthetic through design, typography, and creative content
Work closely with PR team and E-commerce team to analyze data insights and feedback
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience preferably in-house at an e-commerce brand
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, browsers and devices) a plus
Knowledge of UX and SEO strategies a plus

A successful content marketer and a writer will write and produce various projects (including blog posts, marketplace comments, social media posts) regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, a dedication to metrics and reporting, SEO knowledge, and project management skills. You will be a primary point of contact for all things “words” for content and prove your genius through data.




Responsibilities:
-Create content each month to drive leads, subscribers, feature adoption, awareness, and/or other important metrics, while creating additional types of content using SEO best practices (examples include ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, guides, etc.)
Incorporate high-traffic keywords into content to optimize listings for e-commerce searchability
-Blog on an ongoing basis in support of your other projects and to attract site visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers
-Manage the blog/CMS and work to promote its content through various channels (consistently finding new opportunities for expanding our reach)
-Collaborate with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience
