What you’ll do:
- Distill problem statements & user pain points into research, actionable insights, and mockups
- Manage & work in tandem with cross-functional teams, identifying limitations, risks, and ultimately delivering end-to-end design solutions and innovations that drive outcomes
- Gather feedback and make evidence-based design decisions throughout the product life cycle
- Help contribute to a user-first, evidence-based culture of design
- Leverage an existing design system and visual language to create high fidelity mockups & identify gaps in component libraries and patterns

Who you are:
- Passionate for data-driven decision making and logical problem solving
- An experienced Manager with a Product Design background
- Able to work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- An effective communicator across all levels and teams
- A quick learner, dedicated to growing at your craft and exploring new concepts 
- Strong prioritization and organization skills, and the ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently
- Proven to thrive in iterative and collaborative environments
- Able to simplify complexity through design thinking, qualitative research, and User - Centric design principles.
- 3-5+ years of experience in User Experience Design, or a relevant field
- Proficiency with contemporary design and prototyping tools and methods

Bonus points for:
- A university degree in Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related design or behavioural science discipline
- Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designer

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce requirements to be implemented
- Work with engineering teams to ensure goals and requirements are well understood and consumable
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and meet the need
Work on agile team and contribute/oversee meetings and ceremonies

Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
- E-commerce experience is a must.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen related to reporting and KPI metrics
- Customer first focus
- Proactive, self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
- Knowledge of proper requirements documentation, such as story writing, use case development and process flow diagrams
- Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ceremonies

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working on BI project management
- Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams with a high degree of proficiency in iterative development and understanding of Agile principles.
- Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of software features
- eCommerce experience required
- Experience with Jira or related software development tools

You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to manager’s working life and communication

The goal is to free the manager/executive’s time from organising and administrative tasks so that they can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

Responsibilities*
Acting as a first point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing calendar and organizing/preparing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing/ planning events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Collating and filing expenses
Handling requests and queries appropriately
Taking dictation and minutes when needed
Following up on meeting notes and to dos
Handling manager’s personal affairs
Ordering personal goods
Assisting with home management and improvements
Handling meal planning
Orchestrating a team of other assistants
Translating when required
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit

Proven work experience as a Personal/ Executive Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
