About you:
You can write in English as a native
You’re a friendly and communicative Facebook ads manager.
You’re passionate about learning and constantly improving yourself.

You can edit images in canva and have a basic understanding of photoshop.
You love to take initiative and have a genuine passion for social media marketing.
You have strong knowledge of online media combined with copywriting skills
Analytical: You love to dive into data to understand what drives performance.

Creative: You appreciate that digital advertising campaigns are equal parts data analytics and good creative design.
Can tap into both their right and left brain to come up with creative solutions.
You’re ambitious, motivated and with a strong work ethic.
Willing to go the extra mile when needed.

You have at least 2 years experience managing a Facebook ads account for either an e-commerce, lead-driven business or online courses/coaches.
Honesty/Integrity: You have uncompromising ethics and will do what is right, not simply expedient.

You know how to create and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns.
You are a master in campaign optimization and maximizing ROI.
You're proactive and propose solutions and ideas.

You know about landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing etc. (Would be a plus if you’re a master of clickfunnels or other landing page software)
You can calculate and manage campaign budgets.
You are creative with copy angles, ad creatives and formats, yet methodical and scrupulous in your work.


You have created profitable campaigns.

Key responsibilities:
Manage Facebook Ad accounts for multiple clients and grow their businesses while maintaining a strong ROAS and scaling spends.
Day to day management of PPC campaigns for designated clients
Regular and ad-hoc reporting from Facebook ad manager to provide insights and recommendations for the agency’s clients.
Campaign rollout and optimization including research, copywriting and trafficking.


Manage daily spend in line with daily and monthly targets.
Provide market and keyword research with proposed strategies for Facebook Ads for our new clients.
