The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments through calls or messages with the leads who contact us and providing follow-up, ensuring quality service and a positive experience for our customers.
Note: Our crm system is fully automated, including features such as email, sms, among others. We will provide a script for phone and message interactions. The role of the customer service representative is focused on establishing a personalized connection with customers.
