Hello, we are a bitcoin mining company who is looking to get more people involved into mining

We want to create some sort of pool, verifiable on the blockchain, where we sell X quantity of miners, and people can buy a fraction of it, and pay electricity bill according to proportional part. All of this being able to be verified by the user so we want the maximum transparency

It is not cloud mining which we consider to be scam disguised, difference is that people would actually own by contract X shares of the miner and mine until it is no longer profitable
