We are seeking a talented and reliable freelancer to create ongoing social media content for multiple clients on a consistent monthly basis. This role involves developing both static graphics and short-form video content designed to increase engagement, strengthen brand presence, and support each client’s marketing goals across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities include planning, designing, and producing high-quality social media posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos on a recurring monthly schedule. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, responsive, and capable of delivering original content that captures attention and drives interaction.
We also utilize AI-assisted creative workflows using
Scenario.com to generate branded “virtual team” characters and visual assets for certain clients. These assets are used to create consistent, scalable marketing content across websites, Google Business Profiles, and social media campaigns. Experience working with ai-generated imagery, character consistency, or ai-assisted content creation is a major plus.
Important:
We are not looking for fully automated, mass-produced AI-generated social media content or low-quality marketing automation that cheapens the brands we work with. AI is used as a creative support tool within our workflow, but all content should still feel intentional, branded, polished, and human-driven.
The ideal freelancer should have:
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills
• Experience creating content for multiple businesses or agencies
• Understanding of modern social media trends and platform-specific formatting
• Ability to maintain consistent branding across recurring monthly campaigns
• Strong communication skills and reliable turnaround times
• A portfolio showcasing social media graphics, reels, and short-form video content
Work Requirements & Tools:
• Canva — Not required, but preferred. We already have branded templates established for many clients and provide Canva access/licenses.
• Adobe Stock — Required for sourcing licensed stock photography and creative assets. Access/license provided.
• ChatGPT — Required for social media copywriting and content assistance. Access/license provided.
• Basecamp — Required for internal communication, project management, and task organization. Access provided.
•
Scenario.com — Not required, but available for AI-generated imagery and branded virtual character creation. Access provided.
• Google Meet — Weekly Monday meetings at 9:30 am pst are encouraged, but not mandatory.
This is intended to be a long-term working relationship for ongoing monthly content production across multiple client accounts.
Monthly Deliverables & Workload Expectations:
The majority of social media content is cross-posted between Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile (GBP). Instagram content is typically resized or slightly reformatted from the primary design rather than being designed separately from scratch.
Current Monthly Workload Includes:
High-Volume Accounts:
• 1 Hair & Nail Spa Brand — 4 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• 1 Medical/Wellness Clinic — 4 posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile
• 1 Community Banking Institution — Between 1–4 posts per week, often including short-form video clips, across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Low-Volume Local Service Accounts:
Several local service-based businesses currently require approximately 2–4 posts per month, primarily focused on Google Business Profile content and local visibility support.
Industries currently include:
• 1 Electrical Contractor
• 1 Plumbing Contractor
• 2 Commercial Janitorial Service Companies
• 1 Auto Body Shop
• 1 Fence Contractor
• 1 Pool Service Company
Additional Notes:
• Copywriting assistance is expected as part of the workflow using ChatGPT and internal brand guidelines.
• All post scheduling is handled internally through our Vista Social and PromoRepublic licenses.
• The primary responsibility is content creation, design, formatting, and delivery of approved assets.

Future adjustments to workload, posting frequency, campaign scope, or active client accounts may result in adjustments to the monthly retainer and compensation structure as needed.
Revision Expectations:
There is typically a short onboarding and learning curve while brand direction, tone, and content preferences are established. More revisions and collaboration can be expected during the initial stages of a client account. Once familiar with a brand, revisions are generally minimal, with most content requiring only one or two revision rounds before approval.
