We are a small team of real estate developers needing assistance with our administration tasks, staying organized and assisting us to grow. For our sales team, we are planning a commission structure that can allow you to grow your income exponentially.
Tasks: fill in real estate contracts using company provided software for compliance. Answer marketing calls and follows a google forms script which leads into our CRM. Call leads back right away as soon as they come in.
Use scripts in returning lead calls and set up meetings between managers and the lead, enter accurate information into the CRM, set up correct triggers for follow up, follow up on the triggers, cold calling into c store owner and raw landowners for sales leads. Research ITIN mortgage companies lending on land or modular homes with land.
Real Estate Investment Company is looking for someone to work 20-40 hours a week doing Administration tasks. We are looking for someone who is a hard worker, who is reliable and who cares about results. Need proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google drive, Podio and other tools our team may use.
You must have a strong internet connection and a strong work ethic.
No voice tasks/ Data entry:
1. Most important thing On follow-up make 1 Call, send 1 SMS (via Podio), and 1 Email Sources)
1. Renew Craigslist Adds Daily (8 am - 10 am - 12 pm - 3 pm - 7 pm CST) Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston Cities.

2. Create New Ads as necessary and directed Fb, insta, Craigslist
Create New “for sale" Postings (When we have seller finance properties for sale)
4. Manage Client's Calendar
5. Other Miscellaneous Tasks as needed
Create ads and Post property for sale on the company website and Postlets, cl, fb groups. Schedule to have our signs up weekly - track with what??
Type up Weekly reports
Internet Marketing Offline and Podio Tasks:
Matrix - Mulitple listing service -
Upload new listings
Transaction coordinated by assisting in getting all legal state-mandated forms from buyer or seller.
Schedule photos and stages, sign and lockbox delivery and pick up
Act as Receptionist answer inbound Inbound Calls and fill in this form for buyers and this form for sellers.

4. Voice Blast (once every two weeks all "active" leads in Podio)
Create a direct mail campaign created by Business Owner and track with a new phone number
6. Skip Trace returned mail or any house when can't find the owner (when requested)
7. Research and List Building – team members and industry professionals
Find, call, and Follow-up FRBO and/or Property Managers of Zillow Rentals in favorite zip codes
a. Save contact and property info on warm leads

3. Find MLS Listed homes that are dated and need work, put on list (Excel Spreadsheet)

Hours: This is a full-time position.
Agents can expect to work a 30 - 40 hour work week. (Overtime pay available if 80 hours are exceeded in a two week period)
