To develop or deploy deep learning OCR (optical character recognition) technology to extract dimension and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) from pdf mechanical engineering drawing.  Pdf drawing could be a scanned drawing from hard copy or direct conversion from native cad drawing.  It must have the capabilities to auto capture dimension, GD&T symbols, surface finish symbol and welding symbol.

High accuracy is very crucial.  At the same time, it should be able to perform auto labeling on each dimension and recognize X & Y coordinate of each dimensions.  Need to have teaching function which user can teach the system to recognize new font type (if any).

The extracted info from pdf drawing shall export to a table through a CSV file.  The programming language could be Python, C, C#, or VB.
