Affiliate Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate Recruitment Manager to acquire hundreds of high-value affiliates quickly. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and cold outreach to drive rapid program growth.

Affiliate Acquisition & Outreach
-Identify and recruit micro-influencers, niche blogs, and eCommerce content creators in Israel and the EU.
-Conduct cold outreach to targeted leads such as Etsy coaches, shipping consultants, and SaaS bloggers, with personalized partnership pitches.
-Promote the affiliate program across marketplaces like ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Affbank, IndieHackers, and SaaSHub.
-Implement in-app referral systems for current users to become instant affiliates.
Infrastructure Setup & Optimization
-Set up and manage an affiliate management platform (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, FirstPromoter, or Post Affiliate Pro).
-Develop and distribute marketing assets (swipe copy, banners, videos, lead magnets) tailored to verticals like Etsy sellers, Shopify merchants, and logistics consultants.
-Ensure robust tracking and attribution using cookie-based or server-to-server tracking and real-time affiliate dashboards.

Requirements
-Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or partnership development.
-Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, referral systems, and SaaS/B2B marketing.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills for cold outreach and partnership building.
-Experience using affiliate platforms like PartnerStack, CJ Affiliate, or ShareASale.
-Ability to create compelling marketing assets to engage affiliates.
-Familiarity with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus.
