We are seeking a skilled freelancer to produce complete AI-assisted cinematic Bible story videos for a new YouTube channel. The channel will feature respectful narratives with Black characters, delivered in a high-quality visual style.

The client will provide the script for each video, along with sample script material, audio, and images to guide the desired visual style and quality. The freelancer must possess and utilize their own AI image, video, animation, editing, and voiceover tools and subscriptions, as the client does not have these resources.

The full production process is required, including:
- Generating consistent AI biblical scenes featuring Black characters.
- Maintaining consistent faces, clothing, and settings across scenes.
- Adding light motion or cinematic movement to the visuals.
- Editing the compiled scenes into a YouTube-ready MP4 video format.
- Optionally, adding narration, background music, sound effects, transitions, and captions, if these services are included in the freelancer's offer.

Budget: $65 USD fixed price per completed video. Freelancers should clearly state the maximum video length and the exact services included for this fixed price. All tool and subscription costs must be integrated into the quote; no separate fees will be paid.

While the goal is to establish a long-term working relationship for ongoing video production, the engagement will commence with a small paid test project, approximately 60-90 seconds in length or comprising 3-5 scenes.

In their proposal, freelancers are requested to include:
- 2-3 examples of AI storytelling videos they have personally created.
- A list of their AI image, video, voiceover, and editing tools.
- Pricing details for both the initial paid test and a full video.
- Estimated delivery timeframes and the number of revisions included.
- Confirmation that the client will receive full commercial-use rights for all produced content for YouTube.
