I need an AI system that automates personalized messages for product sales. The goal is to streamline and optimize the sales process through intelligent message automation, tailored to potential customers.

It’s essential that the messages sound natural and human-like, not overly robotic — just enough to build trust and engagement, without sounding 100% automated. The AI should be able to identify sales opportunities and send the appropriate message for each scenario (e.g., Welcoming new leads, following up with interested users, closing sales, etc.).

Preferably, the system should integrate with WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.

Project overview

I run a business that sells digital or physical products, and I’m looking to scale my sales through automation. I want to implement an AI-based solution that automatically sends personalized sales messages to potential clients, especially via WhatsApp or other common messaging platforms. The system should simulate natural human-like interaction — not too robotic — and be capable of handling different stages of the sales funnel (greeting, nurturing, follow-up, and closing). The main goal is to increase conversions while saving time on manual messaging. I’m open to using existing AI tools or building a custom solution.
