Ai Automation Specialist – Legal Document & Knowledge Management

We have 6 years of extensive data from multiple legal matters (state, federal, bankruptcy, and business/financial) and need an experienced AI Automation Specialist to build a private litigation knowledge system that can organize and analyze this large volume of documents, emails, notes, and evidence across overlapping cases.

This project goes beyond simple search or automation.
We need an AI assistant that can: Ingest and process a variety of legal documents (emails, PDFs, court filings, financial records, etc.).
Automatically organize, classify, deduplicate, and apply consistent naming conventions to the documents.
Track multiple versions of documents, merge them safely, and create a single source of truth for each document.
Answer detailed questions, build chronological timelines, summarize filings, and identify contradictions or inconsistencies.
Detect and analyze patterns, connections, and potential RICO-related sequences across cases.

What We’re Looking For:
Relevant Experience: Describe any systems you've built that involved large-scale data ingestion, document processing, or knowledge base creation. Please highlight any similar legal, compliance, or AI-driven document management systems you’ve worked on.
Tech Stack Suggestions: Recommend the tools, frameworks, and technologies you would use for this project and explain why they’re the right fit (e.g., nlp libraries, document processing tools, ai models, etc.).
Legal Knowledge (optional): If you have experience working with legal data or case management systems, that's a plus, but not required.

Skills Required:
Expertise in ai/ml, nlp, and knowledge management.
Experience with document ingestion, version control, and unstructured data (emails, PDFs, text). Ability to build secure, private AI systems.
Strong skills in automation, data analysis, and system design.
