I am looking for an experienced developer to create an AI-powered avatar that will communicate and educate on Workforce Optimization (WFO) and Workforce Management (WFM) topics. I have over 20 years of experience in this field and want to train the avatar to share industry insights, best practices, and key trends in workforce planning, labor cost reduction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

The avatar should have:

Realistic voice and facial expressions to engage audiences
AI capabilities to learn and improve from my inputs
Customizable responses based on predefined knowledge
Integration options for social media and website embedding
This project will require expertise in ai, nlp, and animation/3d modeling. Please include examples of similar AI avatar projects you have worked on.
