Bom dia!

Eu tenho um site que precisa de 3 ajustes: o site é: http://taggen.com.br/novo

Os ajustes são:

1) O menu flutuante com barra de rolagem. Quando o menu principal desaparece na rolagem, ele reaparece no topo e fica fixo, como no exemplo: http://yogastudio.ancorathemes.com/

2) Imprensa e Cases: São o mesmo estilo, ou seja, fez para um é igual ao outro. Deixar igual ao layout.
