Aplicar uma barra transparente fixa, com imagem retratil no topo, no mesmo estilo que se vê no site da Colgate em um template já existente. Penso que esse efeito possa ser obtido com ajuste do css, mas v. Poderá utilizar outra tecnologia que preferir.
(Interessa-me o resultado final, não tenho restrições sobre como chegar a ele).
