El proyecto consiste en una Página y app , una platafroma en la que tenga  un registro de usuarios y se pueda enlazar cámaras ip y gps en cada cuenta registrada.Las cámaras y gps serán proporcionadas por mi.
Espero un profesional especializado en programación  y que realmente sea responsable.
El diseño será proporcionado por mi o si tienes una propuesta mejor me gustaría saberla.
