Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Excel spreadsheet developer to create a comprehensive and user-friendly Excel tool for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh. The primary goal of this tool is to calculate the income tax due to the National Board of Revenue (NBR) accurately and efficiently. This project requires a freelancer with a strong background in finance, taxation, and Excel spreadsheet development, as well as a deep understanding of the Bangladeshi tax laws and regulations affecting SMEs.

Responsibilities:
Develop an Excel spreadsheet tool that calculates income tax due for Bangladeshi SMEs based on the latest tax rates and regulations provided by the NBR.
Incorporate formulas, dropdown menus, and macros to automate calculations and make the tool user-friendly for individuals with non-financial backgrounds.
Ensure the tool includes various income sources, deductions, tax credits, and other relevant factors affecting tax calculation for SMEs.
Provide clear instructions within the spreadsheet on how to input data and interpret results.
Test the spreadsheet for accuracy and reliability with hypothetical data.
Offer a guide or documentation that details the functionality of the spreadsheet and instructions for users.
Be available for revisions based on feedback to ensure the tool meets the specific needs of SMEs in Bangladesh.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Excel spreadsheet development, especially for financial calculations and tax purposes.
Strong understanding of Bangladeshi tax laws and regulations, particularly those applicable to SMEs.
