We’re a fast-growing social media marketing agency that has generated over 200 million organic views for our clients. We specialize in helping personal brands and businesses go viral through strategic content creation. Every 4 weeks, we deliver 20 viral-tested scripts and professional editing designed to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
We’re currently looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our outreach team. Your main task will be to connect with business owners, influencers, and professionals on LinkedIn and Instagram, start genuine conversations, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outreach through LinkedIn and Instagram DMs.
Start and manage conversations with potential clients following proven scripts.
Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments using our CRM and tools like Notion.
Research ideal prospects based on our target client profile.
Keep track of conversations, responses, and results consistently.
Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an appointment setter or dm closer (preferably in marketing agencies or smma).
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram outreach.
Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Able to follow scripts while adapting to each conversation.
Bonus Points:
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience working with digital marketing agencies, coaches, or personal brands.
Familiarity with short-form video trends or viral content creation.
