Architect Project for Design of 430 sq meter commercial land. Davao Oriental.

1 Site Survey and conduct Actual Measurements.

2 Project Studies, Design Development (architectural layout plans and Space Planning studies in scale including Facade appreciation, Material Concept presentations).

3 Presentation of Preliminary Conceptual Design Solution (plans and perspectives) and rough estimates. Architect shall render revisions as needed.

4 After approval of final design schematics, the architect shall proceed with Drafting of Floor Plans and Site Development Plan construction drawings (complete with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary and Plumbing designs).

5 Signing and Sealing of Floor Plans and Site Development Plan construction drawings (complete with allied professional’s consultancy), Bill of Materials, Specifications, and Building Permit forms ready for Building Permit application.
