Architectural Design & 3d Visualization for Rancho Balthazar Multi-Purpose Project

We are seeking an experienced architect or architectural designer to develop and visualize the Rancho Balthazar project, a multi-purpose equestrian, wellness, hospitality, and community complex. The overall concept, zoning intent, site layout, and functions are already defined. This is not a design-from-scratch project, but rather the architectural development and visualization of an existing concept. Mood boards, reference images, and floor plan layouts will be provided to work from.

Key project elements include:
* Central restaurant / bar / clubhouse / amenities
* Spa & wellness area
* Stables and riding arenas
* Retail and community buildings
* Second-floor apartments above key buildings

The ideal freelancer will be able to:
* Develop the provided concept into clear architectural design.
* Create high-quality exterior and interior 3D visualizations.
* Produce concept architectural floor plans and basic MEP layouts.
* Prepare a walk-through or fly-through animation for presentation and investor use.
* Work preferably in AutoCAD / Revit.

For construction, the intention is to use steel frame structures, finished with wood, stone, glass, and other natural materials. Familiarity with steel frame construction is essential, as we require a concept-level steel frame layout that can be used as a basis for obtaining construction quotations.

Deliverables include:
* Photorealistic 4K exterior and interior renderings.
* A short 3D walk-through or fly-through animation.
* Mood boards and material direction.
* Concept plans and basic MEP layouts (preferably in AutoCAD / Revit).
* Steel construction blue prints with indications to load bearing structure (for costing purposes only)
* A presentation-ready PDF and editable source files.
