Architectural Drawings for New Dormer and Additional Floor with Master Suite

We are seeking a skilled architect or architectural designer to create full architectural drawings for a new dormer and an additional floor above the current top level of an existing structure. The new floor must include a large master bedroom, a full master bathroom, and separate 'his and hers' walk-in closets. Additionally, a dedicated sitting room or lounge area is required. The design should maximize the usable square footage by extending the dormer/addition as far as zoning regulations permit on all sides. The layout must be designed in the most efficient way, taking into account the existing structural plans.
