I need a site that enables families to view assisted living facilities (similar to a real estate or hotel booking site), set up appointments and request info. 

I have relationships with several assisted living facilities that pay me a commission when someone signs a lease.  I need to create a platform that enables the visitor to browse the different properties and to request info.
Basically I am their consultant for placing their family member into elder care, and I need to reach more clients.
