The successful candidate should combine practical coding knowledge with excellent communication abilities. Being able to explain technical ideas, discuss implementation approaches, and communicate clearly in English is particularly important for this position.

## Key Responsibilities

- Identify technical issues, investigate potential causes, and implement solutions.
- Explain technical decisions and development progress to other team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues during code reviews, planning sessions, and technical discussions.
- Learn and adapt to new programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

## Qualifications and Skills

- Good knowledge of programming fundamentals and common development practices.
