B-tech logo design

The logo should be made of text + abstract symbol. I am looking to hire someone for a project. I expect to pay for the total project completed.
I am looking for someone to work part-time or full-time as necessary.

The name is "B-tech". It's a soon to be biotechnology company that makes biofertilizers, biopesticides, and organic vegetables. So I would like it to have a little green on the logo, of course.
The logo could be anything that represents cleannes, technology and nature. I'll let you to your own judgement what would be better, to make the brand with all capital letters (B-TECH), or just the initial letter (B-tech), with or without the dash, which ever you think would look nicer.
