We are looking for a bilingual Content Creator & Community Manager to support two purpose-driven organizations based in USA.
One organization helps adults to continue their educational journey. The other creates multicultural creative experiences that bring people together through art, culture, and meaningful human connection.
This is more than a social media position. We're looking for someone who enjoys telling stories, connecting with people, and creating content that inspires action.
What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating engaging graphics using Canva.
Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Writing captions in English.
Scheduling content using Meta Business Suite.
Managing our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
Responding to comments and direct messages.
Organizing content in Google Drive.
Helping promote workshops, educational programs, and community events.
Tracking basic analytics and suggesting improvements.
Repurposing existing content into multiple formats.
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
1–5 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
Strong Canva skills.
Experience editing short-form video (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
Experience with Meta Business Suite.
Comfortable using Google Drive.
Strong written communication skills.
Excellent organization and time management.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience working with nonprofit or purpose-driven organizations is a plus, but not required.
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude is highly desirable.
