we are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual intake processor to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring new clients have a smooth and professional onboarding experience. After a client signs with the firm, the Intake Processor promptly contacts the client, gathers all necessary case details, and organizes the information into the client’s file. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:
Call newly signed clients to welcome them and guide them through the intake process.
Collect and document essential information, including:
Insurance details (auto, health, etc.)
Driver’s license information
Accident details (location, time, parties involved, etc.)
Photos and videos related to the incident
Contact information (phone, email, address)
Emergency contact information
Ensure all collected information is accurately entered into the case management system.
Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents or clarify incomplete information.


Qualifications:
Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
English must be spoken clearly, with minimal accent, to ensure easy communication with clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with computers and case management or CRM systems.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
