Job Responsibilities
🎨 Graphic Design & Branding

Create engaging, culturally relevant visuals for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Design static posts, carousels, stories, and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) that connect with our audience.
Ensure branding consistency using our brand identity guidelines.
📲 Social Media Content Creation

Write compelling Spanish and bilingual captions for ads and organic content.
Develop culturally sensitive and emotionally engaging posts around tax season, immigration support, and financial services.
Adapt content to resonate with undocumented immigrants, self-employed individuals, and Latino families.
📊 Ad Creative Support

Create high-converting ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads.
Optimize designs for performance-based marketing (Click-through rates, conversions).
Stay updated with trends in Hispanic marketing & tax industry.
Ideal Candidate
✅ Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Can write native-sounding captions in both languages.
