We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in English and Spanish for a one-month project to assist with social media management, customer inquiries, and simple graphic design for two yoga businesses:

Yoga Teacher Training Europe (YTTE): A program targeting English-speaking yoga practitioners in Europe.
Om Yoga Las Palmas (OYLP): A yoga center serving a Spanish-speaking audience in Gran Canaria.
Deliverables for the Month:


This is a flexible project, with an estimated workload of approximately 10 hours per week.

Social Media Management:

Schedule and post pre-written content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok for both businesses.
Monitor engagement (comments, likes, DMs) and escalate queries if needed.
Customer Support:

Respond to inquiries via email and social media in English and Spanish.
Provide responses to FAQs about the yoga teacher training program and the yoga center.
Graphic Design:

Create simple designs in Canva (e.g., Quotes, event announcements, and schedules).
Timeline:

This is a one-month project, with a potential for continuation based on performance and business needs.
Ideal Candidate:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proficient in Canva and social media management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.

Project overview

This project supports two yoga businesses with distinct audiences: Yoga Teacher Training Europe: Focuses on aspiring yoga teachers in Europe. Om Yoga Las Palmas: Caters to the Spanish-speaking community in Gran Canaria. Our goal is to enhance our social media presence, provide excellent customer support, and create engaging visual content for both businesses during the one-month project. Task Assessment for Application Candidates must complete this assessment as part of their application: 1. Social Media Post Creation: Create an Instagram post in English using Canva based on the following brief: Topic: "Benefits of Yoga for Stress Relief." Content: Include a title, 2-3 bullet points, and a call-to-action. Format: Square post (1080x1080 px). Customer Service Response: 2. Write a response (in Spanish) to the following customer message: "Hola, ¿cuál es su dirección? ¿Ofrecen clases para principiantes?" 3.Engagement Proposal: Suggest one way to improve engagement on our Instagram account for Yoga Teacher Training Europe (English-speaking audience) and provide a brief explanation (2-3 sentences).
