Build Custom Ai Phone Assistant (Multilingual, After-Hours Dental Call Handler)

I’m looking for a skilled developer to build a custom AI call assistant for my dental office that will:

Answer after-hours phone calls from patients

Speak naturally in English, Spanish, and ideally Portuguese

Ask relevant questions to assess patient needs (e.g. Emergency, cleaning, pain, etc.)

Book patients into a private Google Calendar ("ghost schedule") without affecting our live schedule

Log caller details and conversation summaries into a simple format (Google Sheets, Airtable, or database)

All of this must run on our own setup (no third-party platforms or subscriptions

Must-Have Skills:
Twilio (for phone call handling)

Whisper or similar speech-to-text models

GPT (OpenAI API or open-source equivalent)

Google Calendar API

Docker / VPS setup (e.g. DigitalOcean)

Fluent or familiar with multilingual NLP prompts
