We are producing a professional, interactive online training course to help retail employees in New York comply with the Retail Worker Safety Act (RWSA) — a new workplace violence prevention law going into effect in June 2025.

You’ll be provided a fully written script (10 short modules, ~1 hour total) that includes narration, interactive elements, and knowledge checks. Your role is to bring it to life in a clean, modern course format — including visuals, click-to-reveal interactions, branching logic (where applicable), and quiz assessments. The course should be compatible with scorm or hosted on a user-friendly lms (we're open to using ispring, or articulate rise based on your recommendation).

Project overview

We plan to launch a live version of the course in mid-June, so our ideal contractor will work quickly and collaboratively — with weekly check-ins and a first draft ready by late August. You’ll be working directly with a U.S.-Based project owner who will provide clear feedback, source assets as needed, and support your success. This is a standalone training program with high quality expectations, and future course opportunities may be available if this goes well.
